I am beginning my journey as a Yogi. Yoga was introduced to me while my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. A wonderful lady donated one morning a week of her time to teach us yoga. It was a light in the darkness for me. Peace in a chaotic world. It is something that has pulled at me ever since. So this last weekend I finally got to dive into the knowledge of being a yoga instructor at Bodhi Yoga in Provo.

I am excited to learn all that Syl has to offer us. It was also wonderful to meet some more like minded people. Its nice to find a greater amount of acceptance. I hope that from all of this I can finally find some Balance....
Thank You for joining me on this Journey.
I love your blog! Thanks for sending me the link.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I am excited to actually have something to write about and motivation (cause I have to)
DeleteWHAT? Writing AND yoga? You're cool!
ReplyDeleteMaybe one day I'll be good at yoga...Maybe one day I'll try! I was introduced to yoga when I was a teenager and taking ballet lessons, so I was already super limber and strong. It was easy. Now, I want to do yoga, but I am no longer flexible OR strong, so it is hard. I guess things that are hard to do are very often worth it in the end...it's just getting past that initial start up.
I'm excited for you to continue learning! I hope you continue to love it!
