Pregnancy and Yoga

I have been teaching yoga up until about 2 weeks ago. I will be moving shortly so I stopped teaching. But I was begining to notice that my growing belly was starting to really be in the way of yoga.
Yoga during pregnancy is extremely beneficial and its a great easy exercise. Now is a perfect time for me to learn how to teach prenatal yoga... The trick is to convince this body to have energy and the desire to do it lol. I feel intimidated by it all. I am very use to body that is capable of bending, moving and holding itself up. So I will report back as I learn more about enjoying yoga with a large and in charge belly.
