Essential Oils and Yoga

Essential oils can be a great way to enhance your yoga experience. They can help to focus during the flow, or to help you relax during Savasana. I love to use my Doterra essential oils while I teach yoga. Before I start teaching I use InTune which is a focus blend that includes Sandalwood. During Savasana I love Lavender or Serenity. I would highly suggest giving oils a try!
